As HELOA London Chair for a diverse group of colleagues from 18 different universities, a big responsibility and challenge of mine is to support the personal and professional development of my members. I approached Gary to seek advice on ideas for CPD sessions. Within just a few hours he was able to extract enough information and formulate a number of innovative and useful ideas. Gary developed a workshop on influencing upwards, coaching junior and middle management staff on how to influence senior management to take interest in their work. This was exactly the type of training our membership has been after for years, and Gary certainly delivered. Gary successfully led a complex project to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of Imperial Brands global entry level talent (e.g. Internship/Graduate/MBA) programmes in 2017.
